The Power of Ten

The 2023 Power of Ten was held November 9. More than 300 leaders from across the region gathered to focus on housing affordability in the region.

Shane Phillips, Keynote
Shane Phillips, a researcher and consultant on housing affordability who manages the Housing Initiative within the UCLA Lewis Center for Regional Policy Studies, provided the keynote presentation. His presentation pulled from his book, The Affordable City, which advocates for prioritizing supply, stability, and subsidies and offers more than 50 recommendations for advancing those goals.
