Our Work

CRT developed the Quality Growth Toolbox in 2004 to help leaders across the region create more sustainable, long-term plans for their communities.    
 

Partnering with the American Institute Architects of Middle Tennessee, CRT provided workshops, technical assistance, and training to communities with limited planning expertise or capacity.

In 2011 CRT received the Tennessee American Planners Association's Award for Regional Significance for its Quality Growth Toolbox.

The Toolbox helped counties across the region develop comprehensive plans.
