Our Work
Report to the Region
CRT commissioned nationally acclaimed planner John Fregonese in 2003 to produce "Report to the Region," the first regional visioning and scenario planning project in Middle Tennessee and one of the first national models for successful regional planning.
In 2016 CRT released an update to the Report to the Region that compared the region’s performance against the 2003 analysis, highlighting issues and concerns related to land use and development.
