State of the Region 2025 is Cumberland Region Tomorrow's latest data report. It offers a comprehensive snapshot of the ten-county Middle Tennessee area. This report brings together critical data across five key areas - demographics, health, housing, transportation and workforce - to provide a clear and accessible picture of the region's current conditions and emerging trends.

Report to the Region 2003

CRT commissioned nationally acclaimed planner John Fregonese in 2003 to produce "Report to the Region," the first regional visioning and scenario planning project in Middle Tennessee and one of the first national models for successful regional planning.
